I went back and looked at the pictures again. The chair, sofa, and dining room chairs don't match. That could just have been the previous owner's preference, but it could also indicate the originals were damaged (wreck, flooding, whatever) and had to be replaced. Another indication to look at it carefully (which actually is always a good idea! lol) (ETA: I also noticed there is not much counter space, an issue in many motorhomes. What looks like counter space is sink and stovetop covers, which would not be available while actually cooking.)
Your dad being local and having local contacts is a big plus and should definitely help you make a good decision.
One other thing to consider since this is your first: driving a MH, especially a big one with a long overhang, is radically different from driving a car or even a honkin' big pickup. If you have driven others, nevermind, you already know what you would be getting into. ;) But if not, maybe your dad will let you try driving his. I love travelling in a MH but it's not for everyone.
