This 1990 MH looks in great condition and I don't believe at all that a different fabric on the chairs vs. the sofa is an indication of water damage in 18 year old coach. Pure speculation. Not everything was flooded in FL. Nor do I believe you won't like driving it. The rear overhang is average for MH of this size. Take a test drive and inspect. The sink would be available as counter space while cooking if needed. Few wash while cooking.
