There should be 4 chairs with the dining table, not 2. The bed placement is the optional Honeymoon Suite layout. That is the 2 valve V10 head. They are prone to stripping out the spark plug threads if not properly torqued. Same engine I have and I have not had any plugs spit out yet. Check the electrical compartment. If converter and Transfer switch are Todd Engineering, they will probably need replacing. Converter for sure, as is only 2 stage.
Will be reasonable pulling a toad as long as you stay away from the Rockies. Can make the climbs on I-70 but lots of time listening to the V10 howl at 4000 RPM while you go up the mountain at 45 MPH. Does OK in Appalachians and pretty much anywhere flat. The 5Star tune will help with the lousy shift programming from Ford.
12K is really low miles for a 2000 MH. The pain looks original and no where near as faded out as would be expected. Maybe spent a lot of time parked under a cover. Need to find out why such low miles. Check the date codes on the tires. Look for slight delamination of the fiberglass on the basement compartment doors. Look for rust on the back side (inside the compartment) of the compartment locks. Will cause sticking of the lock mechanism. Not hard to fix, but a nuisance. Window manufacturer for that year is out of business. Window parts hard to find so make sure all hardware operates properly.
