Wow. What a project finally done. Ended up recarpeting the bulkhead, the dog house, the engine cover, and the front carpet. Added thick insulation and sound proofing everywhere.
I don't know if I should be impressed or disappointed in how the motorhome was put together. It seemed very custom. If something did not fit, or was not right, Tiffin fabricated a patch or a shim to make something fit. So, either this is the plan, to just make things fit "close" and then customize on the assembly line. Which their work is very impressive. Or, this motorhome was so far off that total customization was necessary just to make it right. At which point, I am not impressed!
That entire project was a huge deal. Took me most of four weekends. Not something I ever want to do again! I just hope everything is sealed, and the Front Engne Diesel is just a little quieter!
