I very much appreciate the list. I noticed the last line that said that employees could not accept calls during work hours.
I was told this and was told not to contact the person I needed to talk to by phone. I went to his office and got lined up for help after work. He cane over and found the problem in short order. The dip switches were all wrong, out of the box. I should have compared them with the old one. I paid him more than he wanted, but he has been my go-to guy, over the phone, for years. I felt he deserved it.
He was, by the way, not on this list.
