My Phaeton, being more than 10 years old, I was referred to Bunkhouse RV Repair. I was assured that they had some great technicians. WRONG. They began by checking out continuity of the control circuit to the touch pad. They were showing all 4 wires open. I had to point out that they were checking the wrong 4 wire connector, down below. After this, they pretty much admitted that they didn't know much about my system. I said I could pay them $25 and stay in their camping area until I could find someone to help, on my own.
Thank goodness I didn't have to wait one to two days before they could check my problem, like they originally said. It would have been difficult to hold it together if this had happened after a two day wait.
I've already seen the Rattlesnake Salon and didn't care about the Coon Dog Cemetery.
