Join the TiffinRVnetwork.com the forum is all Tiiffin. Bought a used 2007 Allegro Bus last year and did have to get one of the "big three" fixed which for me was the wetbay. Roof rails and driver side slide OK so far. Even though I am the second owner Tiffin fixed the wetbay at their cost. Plus was done locally in southern CA so didn't need to make the trip to Redbay. Had to have other items fixed but due to poor maintenance by original owner not Tiffin, in my opinion Tiffin builds a quality coach . I was fully aware of the big three prior to purchase due to the information on the forum.
