Just to be clear about the wet bay, it is not just the area where the dump valves and sewer hook up is. On our 2007 Allegro Bus this area was already a composite material from the factory, the actual issue is the material used under the water and waste tanks. The original material is plywood the fix is to replace it with a composite material. This material start behind the service are and runs the width of the coach and the bottom side is painted/sealed. Even condensation build up inside the tank area will eventually soften up a rot out the plywood. Look for any sags in the plywood even minor ones, when I had mine check they basically where able to stick a small screw driver through the wood even though there wasn't much evidence of damage. Thank-you for the clarification on the wet bay. I don't think mine has any sagging, but I am going to check it real close today!
