We just drove our motorhome home from Red Bay yesterday. The reason that we were there so long was getting our insurance company to send the photographer (he took a week to get there and send the photos back to the insurance company), then determine what it would pay (that took another week); haggling with Tiffin, sending Tiffin a check, then finally getting the work done. The problem with setting appointments is that it is not always possible to determine how long a job will take. In our case we had some other work (minor repairs) done as well. For those not needing a lot of work done they have several express bays. When we were there everything was orderly and we have no complaints. In fact I have heard no complaints from any members of our Allegro Club and we have all had work done there.
