That assuming the poster has good memory.
Years ago I work for industrial maintenance.
I was new employee, while my coworkers had been working on the same plant for 10 years or more.
On year 2 when the same thing broke again, I remember the procedure how to fix it.
The guys who had seen it at least 6-8 times had no clue.
