Time to suck it up-the user is the problem

I try real hard not to blame others without good cause. I don't blame sales people as I have small expectations. Technical folks who seem less competent frustrate me. Manufacturers who put out new products with severe flaws make me angry. I have been critical of Winnebago for declining quality control. I have defended them in the past. I have purchased far too many new coaches in the past six years but do have good experience on the declining quality control. I very much want the Camping World near me to be a go to place for service but at this point they have not met my expectations from experience with others who have been better. I will continue to work with them. I am fortunately and some times not so fortunate one of those people with a great memory. I can tell you what suit shirt and tie I wore to a hearing in 1979 and all the other details. I won't forget this stupid mistake. You are correct Arch I do now know my way around a lot of things I wouldn't have known if I had not made the wrong connection from the get go. I like making lemonade out of lemons.
