I live next door to a tiny house, there are several in my neighborhood around 400 to 500 feet and built pre 1950 so not exactly a new idea. House next door was built in the 40's, 300 square feet the family raised 3 boys.
Now that the kids are grown would love to convince the husband to go down to 500.
the ones on wheels I don't get. 50,000 dollars could get me a nice used double wide or rv. But if they are happy.
