Tires this big need to be carefully centered on the wheel when inflating the first time.
I don't know about allowable tolerances but over a lb of lead in one spot means the tire has a lump of rubber or is out of round at least at that point.
We had new Michleins installed on steer axle. Too one ounce on one and none on the other. That was exceptional. I now find they need to rebalanced, which is not uncommon as the right fron seems to bounce a little.
That much weight on a semi that belongs to the company and not you might be alright but know no more than I do I think it would bounce a bunch.
