Getting ready to replace the rear tires on our 2008 Winnebago Sightseer. Tire dealer provided prices on Double Coin, Goodyear RV670, Goodyear 661TTL (truck tire) and Dunlop 348's. Double Coins are least expensive $329 with Dunlops next at $425. Goodyear 670's are not being considered. Any one have experience with the Goodyear 661's ($500) or Dunlop's? I'm leaning toward the Dunlop's. Price includes mount/balance. Thanks to all who share their knowledge.
Sounds expensive and I've repeated this many times, but we've quit paying for names and now, just buy the tires. Having said that, we replaced four on the drive axle with a Hercules brand and sometime before our last US tour. About 10K miles on them now and all is well. These will be around $200ea on Amazon for 19.5 sizes and most likely what you have on your your coach...TIRES
Any local shop that's interested will mount and balance them for a nominal fee and they will be delivered free of shipping and tax to wherever you might designate.
