I have recently switched to the Bridgestone Duravis M895 M+S rated tires. Had a rear-dual start to fail (tire no longer made, so model not important) so wanted to switch to an all steel casing commercial grade tire. You can see the difference in the tire weight, 53 lbs/tire vs 39. We spend time in snow country so wanted a M+S tire vs rib. Handling seems ok but haven't done any long trips yet.
If our rig was lighter I'd look at a Toyo Open Country H/T. or Goodyear Silent Armor Pro-Grade. The Silent Armor is particularly attractive since it meets the severe snow service requirements (has mountain/snowflake symbol on sidewall)
