After weighing I find my front tires are inflated too much. The sticker on sidewall says 90psi but the Michelin chart has them between 80 and 85. Is this typical that sidewall charts are a bit high? D...

The wall sticker, also known as the GVWR sticker has PSI's based on:
PROPER PSI IF, REPEAT IF EACH AXLE IS LOADED TO ITS GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating).
Hopefully, your actual weights will be under GAWR's, so the PSI required to carry your actual load will and should be less.
Makes perfect sense to me.
