I am considering a trip of about 2200 miles next month. My DW is concerned about not having some type of road service insurance if we blow a tire. Is anything like this available? If so, who do you us...

You got the insurance when you bought the tires. I think OP is asking about insurance on tires he already has which I don't think exists.
