Last couple years, they have been hiring kids to do the grunt work. They think the air gun is the torque wrench and pull the trigger till socket stops, they don't torque 1/2 way then final torque to spec's.
1. So be sure to re-torque to be sure.
2. Closet I could get to a "new" tire was 6 months old.
3. On your paper work make sure it states not only rotation is free but also re-balance. They told me both were free when I was looking and then said only rotation was free when the time came to do something. And that was my deciding factor to buy from them was free re-balance.
4. Make sure your quote has load range and spec's of what your supposed to get. Then check tires to be sure before paying.
