My vote is hankook. Best bang for the buck X2. I used to drive 18 wheelers with just about every brand of tire, hankook was the least problematic, rode the smoothest, the cheapest, and almost never had a problem. Other tires on the same truck would blow out constantly, or wear out prematurely. Toyo's are good too, and about the same money.
