This is very common on the Class C with cab over bunks. The rain, dew, AC water ect drips on front wheels and washes the grease from the caliper slides. That makes them freeze up and you have brakes from only one pad on each side. You can remove them and regrease them each year or always cover the front wheels when you are parked for any time no matter what the weather. If your brakes are more than a year or so old its a good idea to regrease the slides and then keep them covered when not going around....
