I agree with carringb. Slotting and drilling is for looks, but under severe duty can induce cracking. A good set of fresh, flat surface iron disks with new pads works wonders. Brake fluid also gets loaded with moisture. Even with low miles, you should flush your brakes every 3 or so years. Maybe every 2 on an MH that sits and doesn't heat cycle its fluid to keep it moisture free.
