As a Florida resident, registration and license is easy. Then what is Va. tax liability if you work and reside in that state for 6-7 month's out of the year???
The other states must "give full faith and credit" to all other state's records and other items according to the constitution. You're license would have to be accepted by the other states along with any marriage records, deeds, court rulings, and so on. It doesn't make any difference that the registration and the license are from different states. Florida allows you to title and tag no matter what state your license is from as long as you have a residence there. It doeshowever matter how long the MH is in the state of Florida, not you personally.
