Sheesh! NO! Just NO! I dunno where your info is coming from, but it's totally made up.
'B+' was a made-up marketing term for a usually smaller, usually narrower class C, made on a cutaway . I'm not recalling which company was responsible for that idiocy, but the Excel & 210 have always been recognized as B's here.
