'B+' was a made-up marketing term for a usually smaller, usually narrower class C, made on a cutaway . I'm not recalling which company was responsible for that idiocy, but the Excel & 210 have always been recognized as B's here.

Jim is correct. The so called B+ goes back to 2002. Way before the Rt 210, which had nothing to do with the term B+.
One can read the B+ thread in Class C, all 168 pages.
I think it was Trail Lite that decided to market their small Class C's as B+.
