Our first toad was a 2000 wrangler. I bought it for $6k in 2009 with 212,000 miles on it. Sold the second set of tires and the snowplow for 2 k.
Liked driving it so much I sold my '04 silverado SS and drove the wrangler every day. Towed it from one end of the country to the other. Drove it places in Moab where I doubt I coulda walked. Dead Stone reliable, nothing would or could stop it.
Sold her 6 weeks ago, on craigslist, in 3 days. For $3900.
She had 296,990 miles when sold. I miss her bad.
Jeep Wranglers are the best toads, If you can work with the small size.
