Toad &a brake assist
I am towing a Honda CR-V l, weight 3500 lbs, do I really need a brake assist In the car? Seems like a lot of hassle.

It is required in most states another thing is it will help stopping your rig when braking also save some wear on the motorhome brakes. I away use one and I only pull 2200 LBS it makes a difference.
