Toad or No Toad ?- Grand Canyon road trip in a 23' class A

ditto to taking a towed with you, for all the reasons already listed, plus, it will be a real asset if you have a breakdown out in the middle of nowhere, and believe me, there are still places out west where you can be 50 to a 150 miles from any mechanical or other services. Some places won't even have cell phone service.
you won't need a toad at the Grand Canyon because they have a great shuttle service, but Yellowstone will be a real drag trying to tour the park in your rig.
