Great Points. A 23' GMC has about the same footprint as a longbed crew cab dually.
I think it may work out to be toad free and it solves a lot of other problems.
It also might help to force my family to hike and bike more.
Having not actually used the thing i'm just listening to other people's perspectives to figure out what might work for my crew.
