Toilet Flapper won't open up
Went to flush the Tecma toilet, the water went into the bowl but the flapper on the bottom did not retract to let everything out. What's the fix on this one ?

IF it's a macerator style toilet then no flapper.
Push button...water solenoid opens, water goes in bowl, macerator pump turns on/grinds up stuff and pumps it to waste tank
