Toilet Flapper won't open up
Went to flush the Tecma toilet, the water went into the bowl but the flapper on the bottom did not retract to let everything out. What's the fix on this one ?

We had an electric Aria toilet and had nothing but problems and it was a very, very expensive toilet. Finally the electrical components failed and we replaced it with an ARia non electric (still having problems with that too and it's also a very expensive toilet)
There should be a way to manually flush the toilet until you can get it worked out. Do you have a manual? On ours, we had to reach around behind it to manually flush. Not fun, but do-able.
