Toilet Flapper won't open up
Went to flush the Tecma toilet, the water went into the bowl but the flapper on the bottom did not retract to let everything out. What's the fix on this one ?

My toilet flapper sticks sometimes if it has set along time with no water in the bowl. Just push on the flapper and all is well again.
