Toilet Flapper won't open up
Went to flush the Tecma toilet, the water went into the bowl but the flapper on the bottom did not retract to let everything out. What's the fix on this one ?

I love current approach to old systems that really didn't need fixing. As more and more MH makers try to out-accessorize their competition, you see so many problems reported with the added on complexities. We didn't really need electrical help to flush the toilet, heat hot water or empty our tanks.
