Virginia has no Law which says they can ticket for toll Road violations on timed miles. Virginia can only legally ticket you if they catch you speeding by, Radar, or other speed devices and cannot legally ticket you if they are hiding with their lights off at night. They can use cameras in cities for redlight violations but not rolling right tun at a redlight unless there is a vehicle coming or someone walking or on a bike is in the crosswalk. Toll Road frequently at 75 and have never received a warning.
