I would look at it asap. We looked for 6 months before we found our 2006 in January for about the same price. Ours has no slides but only 17,000 miles. The price looks good on this one and the miles aren't too high. Get the VIN and check the carfax. Check the date on the tires. If they are over six years old they will need replacing, even if they look good. If they are Michelins they might be recalled and you would get a new set free. From the looks of the width of the rear wheels it looks like a E450 chassis (good) with a V10 gas.
