X2. I always had a surprisingly productive call with FL customer service once (2011), for a dealer who was trying to weasel out of some warranty work. She basically said the issue will be taken care of (it was!) and to call her back on her direct line if there were ANY other hassles. I don't know what she said to the dealer, but they did a complete 180 and even offered to arrange transporting the truck back to our shop.
