I like to buy stuff as a project progresses. I need the time for chewing over the decisions. I'm going to try an LED plexiglass lit shelf, not in the RV though. Would never have thought of it if I hadn't found a neat piece of 1/2" plexiglass for $10. Have you seen these on the Internet? Reminds me of your idea to put the LED's in the doors.

I got the LED light kit from Amazon--16 ft. of color changing lights, a controller and remote. You could get a music controller too.
Now I just have to put it together.
