I personally would go with the Atwood Brand. They have an Aluminum tank and will not need an anode rod. The Suburban models are all glass lined steel tanks and you have to replace anode rods every so often. The time frame is set by the quality of the water run through it. I have both brands, an Atwood in my Travel Trailer and the Suburban in the motor home. When the Suburban requires replacement I will try my darnedest to install an Atwood in the hole.
