Too much time on my hands, it's cold and damp light snow today. I decided to experiment with the PVC. This is what I was thinking.
Looks like I could have trimmed the butyl rubber around my trim.

Don't know if it will work for you, I pasted the part of my picture of PVC to the upper rear of your motor home

One other option would be Electrical conduit, I don't know how large or expensive it can be but I do know heat from a Heat gun or Propane torch will bend the conduit. That would aid in the contours of the motor home. One more thing can you tell me what size to enter in the pop-up so I don't explode the page.
