We got the water heater and it was bent up, I dont know if UPS or the shipper did the damage but anyway PPL is paying to ship it back to them and then they will send a 2ed water heater, I'm thinking about an upgrade to the SW6DEM instead of the regular SW6DE the M stands for Motor assisted spark, I will research just what the motor does and go from there.:h
