When I ordered the hot water heater I pushed the wrong button and ordered the Gas and electric with a Pilot light but it was also bent up around the edges when it got here so I sent it back and got the Direct spark Gas and Electric and the people at PPL called today and said consider the extra cost of the upgraded water heater a gift from PPL so it did not cost us any extra, The people at PPL is great and I suggest when you need RV parts or looking to buy a new or used RV contact these people there the best that I have found.
