We have had day's with 90 deg. temps and the RV is in the sunlight all day long and still it stays cold inside the RV, Remember when I built this thing I added Styrofoam in the walls and then the insulation followed by plastic and that keeps the heat out, On the hottest days the sun beams down onto the outside of the RV and from the inside you can lay your hand on the wall or roof and feel no heat what so ever, It's cold, The old style roof AC unit works great, I put a thermostat into the AC for 3 minuets and it dropped to 39 deg.
