Mine (Progressive) paid. We had 30 days rental and Honda took two months to fix and Progressive made the body shop (Honda) pay it.
Honda Element had just come out and it needed a rear clip.
What was weird is the person that rear ended us was not ticketed as we parked on the side of the road and she claimed a phantom car pulled out in front of her and she had no choice.
