I assumed that all dollies were steerable. Either with swivel plates that the toad wheels set on or swivel dolly wheels with tie rods (as Demco’s). If there is a dolly that is fixed and requires the toad wheels to swivel I wouldn’t want it as you would have to leave the ignition on to keep the steering lock off.
I’ve pulled my vibe on a Demco KarKaddy SS for eight years and almost 50,000 and have been very pleased with it. You can fold the ramps up and the tongue back to reduce storage by almost 50%. Its heavy duty, fully galvanized (so never a rust problem) and customer service is great. It may cost a little more but Google it for lower than suggested retail price.
