Towing a flat trailer with car

First time motor home class A owner. I have a Mercedes car that I would like to pull behind my RV. Dealership says its must have all 4 wheels off the ground. The open trailer I am looking at is 20" from very front to back that the car will ride on. Will the most of the campgrounds allow me to bring this long trailer on site versus a car pulled behind?

    Most will, we tow our Jeep on a 8.5'X 18', and have never been denied. we are 62' over all.
    You'll probably fill most pull thru sites.

    Always call ahead, and ask when you make reservations. Thank God for cell phones. :)
