Actually, no, it isn't.
It is good for almost any FRONT wheel drive vehicle, but many REAR wheel drive vehicles can not be towed four down OR on a dolly!
Yes, the rear wheels of a RWD vehicle can be put on the dolly, towing it backwards. Nearly every dolly builder says that should not be done, though. But, people do it frequently, apparently with no or minimal problems!
