Towing vs. Non Towing
We just purchased a class A motor home and are trying to decide whether we should tow a car behind or rent a car at our various destinations. Is it more economical to do it this way?

We too have been towing a toad for almost 20 years. We tow a low cost Nissan with a manual transmission.
Another thing that hasn't been mentioned, and that is the availability of a rental car. We tried renting cars for awhile before towing, and if we were in any kind of a tourist area we had trouble finding a car to rent!!
As others have said, towing is the way for us.
