We have what I'd call a "large" bath (for an RV, sorta like saying "giant shrimp") but we rarely use our shower. That tells me a Wet Bath might not be a deal breaker in its own right. But I'm convinced we'd go claustrophobic in a B (van-bodied) coach.
B+, C-, whatever you call it, maybe. Suggest you include Phoenix Cruiser in your search. Certain of their very nice smaller "C" (B+ if you prefer, there's a fairing not a bunk over the cab) models are available on Sprinter.
