- Ranger_SmithExplorerToyo M122 . . . Put them on ours and just drove 3000 miles and they rode nice
- doc_brownExplorerAfter two sets of Toyo's switched out to Michelin XZ2 - wow what an improvement! Toyo's were good but man was the ride rough compared to the Michelins.

I acknowledge that your post is quite old but that may be more helpful.
I have been considering the TOYO M122 for my DP but have been hesitant as it is decribed as a Moderate Regional and Urban tire. You have had your on for quite a while now. Are they proving to be satisfactory on long haul days - jergeodExplorerI replaced Michelins with Toyos two years and 8000 miles ago and there is no way I would ever go back to Michelins. I don't think Michelins ride any better than the Toyos, I didn't see any rougher ride with the Toyos and I didn't have to pay Michelins ridiculous prices either.
- jsmartExplorerreplaced goodyears on our rig with toyos over 6000 miles ago. I think the toyo's ride better. More econimical from Les Schwab than any other brands I looked at. Had used toyos on passenger cars in the past and thought they worked well, noted on the cars, they lasted longer than the original firestone tires.
- lwasouthExplorerI have a 2011 Itasca Meridian 40U We just traded out the Michelin tires for Toyo (Also put them on our last coach) The Toyo size to match up to the Michelin is 295/75R/22.5. The 275/80R/22.5 is a size that only Michelin and GoodYear have.
In our opinion Toyo Ride better and are more stable in cross winds than the Michelin. Also the tire casing is rated for aprox 10 years - frankdampExplorerWhen we bought our '02 Georgetown in 2010, it still had the OEM GY tires on it. They rode harshly and were noisy.
Having been Les Schwab customers for many years at different stores in western WA, I went to our local store and bought a set of 6 Toyos (19.5 size for our rig). With CRES valve stems and tires only 6 weeks after their mold date, the bill came to just under $2300.
When we sold the RV 4 years and 6000 miles later, they still looked new. I never changed the spare wheel tire - it still had the 2001 GY on it and I don't think it had ever been used. - RayChezExplorerAnother vote for Toyo tires. I used to have the Michelin XRV 22.5 255x80 and on the Toyo's they are 265x75
Best ride you can have. I have had two sets in the last ten years, balanced with Equal and I never have to worry about blow outs like I did with the XRV tires.
Previous poster mentioned something about having a rough ride with Toyo's. It is hard to believe the tires caused the rough ride, it must of had some real bad shock absorber. - BritcanuckExplorer

Which model of Toyo tire did you install?
Thanks - BritcanuckExplorer
