In my other post about my tire blowout, several recommended a TPMS system to help with warnings before failure. Any specific recommendations besides the TST?
Any experiences with this one? http://www.minderresearch.com/tireminder/tireminder-tm66-tpms-up-to-22-wheel-tpms-for-rvs-5th-wheels-coaches-trailers-and-towed-cars/
We have the TireMinder system. The service from the manufacturer is excellent. We had a problem with the head unit (or whatever it's called)--seems that the antenna had disconnected internally and I kept getting an "NoS" (no signal) display. They sent me another one no charge. Then one of the sensors went bad, and they sent me one of those for free as well. I was a little surprised that we had these issues, but given the excellent response from MinderResearch, I'd buy one again if I needed to.
(Incidentally, the TireTraker unit may be the same. At least the head unit and the transmitters look the same. Maybe someone who knows for sure can chime in.)
