It's almost impossible to adequately respond to a question like this. I have had several TPMS (actually three) but I have no idea if one of them was the best on the market. The one I have now works for us. See previous posts.
I'd do a Google search for `best tpms' and see what they come up with. I doubt if Consumers Report has tested them.
